Return & Refund Policy — Among the Trees Botanical Lavender Farm

All of our lavender products are handcrafted in small batches with care. Because many of our items are botanical, perishable, or personal-use products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help make it right.

We do not offer refunds for:

• Customer error (wrong item ordered)

• Allergic reactions or sensitivities

• Items marked final sale or seasonal

• Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier

Cancellations may be requested within 12 hours of purchase if the order has not yet shipped.
