At Among the Trees Lavender Farm, every product is handcrafted with care in small batches using high-quality ingredients from our lavender farms. We want you to love your purchase, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handcrafted and many are made-to-order or personal-use items (such as skincare, bath, and body products), we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of safety and product integrity.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Allergy & Sensitivity Notice

Our products are made with natural ingredients, including essential oils. If you have known sensitivities, please review ingredient lists carefully. We cannot offer refunds for allergic reactions, but we are always happy to help you choose products that may be a better fit.

Custom & Seasonal Items

Custom orders, event favors, wreaths, baked goods, and seasonal or sale items are final sale.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been shipped or prepared. After that time, we cannot guarantee cancellation
